For All Transactions:

  • Select period: For "All Transactions" period can be filtered by 1, 3 or 6 months. For example, if you have chosen 6 months and the current month is December, the earliest starting month you could choose will be June, and this will be covering from June to November. You can optionally filter either by the current financial year or last financial year.

For Open transactions:

  • Select last month of the statement: The open transactions option will always bring the financial information from the year 2015, when our ERP system started to record data, to the date the user selects in this option. The month selected needs to be a complete month, if now we are in the middle of the month, you need to select the month before.
