Invoices

In this article, you will find information to help you navigate the invoices list on the app.

You can access the list of invoices and their information by clicking Finance.png at the bottom bar menu.

Invoices can be filtered using the filter icon located at the top right corner of the page.

You can filter invoices by the invoice date, status, and type

Also, you can search for a particular invoice by using the Inline_search_bar.pnglocated at the top of the invoice section using either a sales order number or invoice number.

 

Status Indicators

  • Paid: The total amount of the invoice was paid.

  • Due soon:  The amount due to be paid by the coming due date.

  • Overdue: The amount that is now overdue and is required to be paid immediately.

  • Credit: The amount that was returned to the customer. (The values are negative as money is returned to the customer.)

Request a copy of an invoice

You can request a copy of a single invoice, or a group of invoices (up to 10 invoices can be selected).

 

1. Requesting a single invoice

Tap an invoice to see more information.
Then request a copy by tapping "Request copy" at the bottom section.

Your email address is populated by default to receive the invoice, you can also change the email.
Then simply tap "Submit request" to have the invoice delivered to your email inbox.

 

2.  Requesting multiple invoices

If you want to request a copy of multiple invoices, press on the first invoice and a check box will appear on each invoice.

Select all the invoices you want to request copies. You can request up to 10 invoices at a time.  

Click on "Request copy" by using the button at the bottom of the invoices section. In brackets, you will see the total amount selected.

The Send to email field will be auto-populated with the email address linked to your account. You can send the invoice copies to an alternate email address by editing the address shown in this field. 

Click "Send to email" and the invoices copies will arrive to your email soon.
