Accessing Cat Apps with Single Sign On

This article provides information on how to enable single sign-on (SSO) access through your Cat Account. Setting up Single Sign On access to Cat sites/products offers a seamless, efficient, and hassle-free user experience. Follow the steps below to set up Single Sign On.

Enabling single sign on

The first time you access a Cat site or product link, you will be prompted to sign in to your Cat Account. 

You can find various Caterpillar sites/products in the links sections of the home page. You can also access Caterpillar sites/products from an asset page.

 

Sign-in using your Cat Account information

When prompted, enter both your Cat Account CWS ID, and password.

Once successfully authenticated, you will be granted access to the Cat site or product.

 

Your Cat account is now linked

Enjoy the convenience of single sign-on access through TSL360 to your Cat apps. The next time you click a Cat site or product link, you will be automatically signed in, saving you time and effort.
