In this article you will find helpful information about sign up to TSL360 and the full onboarding process.
To start, click "Create Account" button.
1. Create an account - Accept terms and conditions
- You can read the terms & conditions and the privacy policy by clicking on the links to open them.
- Click on "I agree"
1. Sign up with your preferred email
For a quicker way to sign-up, use your existing email that is registered with your customer account.
2. Create a password.
The password must have;
- 8 characters,
- at least one lower and one uppercase character,
- at least one number and one symbol.
Click "Continue"
On your screen you will receive a message indicating an email will be sent to your nominated email account to confirm your email address.
4. Confirm your email.
Check your email inbox for the confirmation email and confirm email by clicking on the the CONFIRM EMAIL button.
Now that your email address is confirmed you can continue logging in.
5. Log in
Follow the onboarding prompts to Log in with your email and the password you just created.
6. If your email is in our contact database you will land on the guest page to wait for the internal approval.
Your information will be reviewed by one of our team members to give you the correct role for the portal. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your account has been confirmed.
7. If your email is not in our contact database you will need to fill a form to provide your details.
If your email address is not in our database, you will be prompted to complete the next step in the onboarding process which is a form to provide your details.
Fill in all the mandatory fields and click complete.
Your information will be reviewed by one of our team members. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your account has been confirmed.
If you are experiencing trouble with signing up, please contact our support team by clicking Need support? link at the top right of your screen.
Click Request support and write a message to notify our support team.
