Assets Overview

In this article you will find general information about your assets list.

Click the Assets option at the top of the menu bar to enter the assets section

 

Assets Information

Machine Information:

On the fleet list you will find general information about the asset, like model image, asset ID, model number and serial number. This information will help you to identify the asset.

Worked Hours

In the list view, this second column shows the total hours the asset has been used. In the grid view, the hour meter as at the bottom of the card

Last Reported Location

The third column shows the asset's latest reported location in the format: suburb, state, and postcode.

Last Report

You can see the latest date and time that the asset has reported information.

The colour-codes for connectivity status are:

• The machine is connected and is reporting
• The machine is connected but it is not reporting in the last 7 days
• The machine is not connected and it is not reporting

Note: If your asset is not connected you can request to be connected by clicking Request connection button in the key asset view of a non-connected asset.

This request generates a ticket to the Tractors Singapore Technology specialists to assist you as soon as possible.
