Key Asset view

This article will help you to access and navigate key asset information 

Access Key Asset Information

1. Click the Assets option at the top of the menu bar.

2. Click the asset you want to see from the list

Key Asset Information Section

In this section you will find:

1. Asset details
2. Fault codes graph
3. Service history

1. Asset details

Here more detailed machine information is shown, the machine's image, asset ID, model number, serial number, make, year of manufacture, last reported time stamp, hours and machine location.

2. Fault codes graph

In the fault codes page, you will find a graph which shows the amount of fault codes the selected machine. The fault codes are either High, Medium or Low level faults. The graph displays the last 14 days.

2. Service history

The service history is within the services tab. If you have existing services with us, you will see them organised in chronological order. Each service displays information like date, service number, hours meter and purchase order.

You can view the full service history by clicking the "Export service history" button.
